Rekordmeister's Records: Bayern Munich's 9-2 decimation of ...

So, Bayern Munich just whacked Dinamo Zagreb (who were doing their best Hamburg SV impression) 9-2 on the first match of the revamped Champions League first phase. Records were surely broken during that massive win, and that’s what we have today.

Recently, Jamal Musiala was dumped out of the Ballon d’Or shortlist to everyone’s surprise and dismay. For Musiala, he seems to have taken it personally because since then, he ran the show against Holstein Kiel as Bayern romped to a 1-6 away win. He has now carried that form into the Champions League and has joined former FC Barcelona stud Neymar in this stat:
