When will Deadpool & Wolverine be released on Disney+?
Deadpool & Wolverine has now landed in cinemas, ending the long wait for Marvel fans to see Deadpool's MCU debut.
But if you're not sure about going to see it on the big screen, you might be wondering whether you can watch it on Disney+ like (almost) all of the other MCU movies.

However, Deadpool 3 has been given an exclusive cinema release, so it's not available to watch at home yet. We do know though that it'll eventually come to the streaming service and other digital platforms.
But we can look at previous MCU and Disney releases to give you a sense of when to expect it.
So here's when Deadpool & Wolverine will likely arrive on Disney+ and other digital platforms.
Marvel Studios
As mentioned above, Deadpool & Wolverine has been given an exclusive theatrical release, meaning the only way to see it currently is at the cinema.
Fortunately, the movie is out now in cinemas following its UK release on July 25 and US release on July 26, so you can head to your favourite cinema right now to see it today if you so wished.
You'll be waiting a while to see it at home, regardless of how well Deadpool 3 does at the box office, so unless you're adept at avoiding spoilers (or don't care), you might want to head to the cinema.

Unlike other distributors, Disney still has a relatively lengthy gap between theatrical and streaming releases.
It hasn't been confirmed, but it's possible that Deadpool & Wolverine could have a 100-day exclusive theatrical window, like Disney has given Inside Out 2.
If that's the case, then the earliest we can expect to watch it on Disney+ is early November, potentially Wednesday, November 6 as Disney favours a Wednesday debut for the majority of their streaming releases.

The wait might not exactly be that long though if Deadpool 3 uses the same release pattern as The Marvels.
The Marvels was released in cinemas on November 10, 2023 and then arrived on Disney+ on February 7, 2024, a gap of 89 days. A similar schedule puts Deadpool 3's Disney+ release as Wednesday, October 23.
This is all speculation from us for now, so we'll just have to wait for official confirmation from Disney.

Before its Disney+ release, we can expect Deadpool & Wolverine to be released on digital platforms.
Typically, Disney movies are made available to buy digitally around two months after their cinema release. A similar release schedule puts Deadpool 3's digital release around late September.
As with the streaming debut, this is just speculation from us for now based on recent Disney movies like Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes and The First Omen, as well as The Marvels.
If you can't wait that long for a Deadpool or Wolverine fix, you can watch the previous two Deadpool movies and all X-Men movies on Disney+.
