Famous YouTuber Gaurav Taneja, with 8.6 million subscribers, recently claimed in an interview that his monthly income is more than that of the CEO of AirAsia, who terminated him from his job a few years ago. Taneja runs a full-time YouTube page with the name Flying Beast, along with his presence on X and Instagram.

The announcement was made during an interview with Raj Shamani on YouTube, published on October 16. Gaurav Taneja lost his job at AirAsia when he publicly exposed the safety regulations of the airline, which Taneja tweeted on X, saying, “I was terminated from AirAsia for raising safety issues! Now, the same issues are raised by DGCA with Air Asia.”

His journey started amidst the COVID-19 lockdown period when he turned to YouTube as his full-time source of income. At present, he has 8.6 subscribers on YouTube, 4 million followers on Instagram, and 862.8K followers on X, formerly called Twitter. On Youtube, he runs two accounts, FitMuscle TV’ and ‘Rasbhari ke Papa’ along with ‘FlyingBeast.’ Taneja has completed his graduation from the Indian Institute of Technology in Kharagpur and is currently pursuing law at the Faculty of Law, Delhi University. On the internet, he is known for his fitness and his love for cricket. In July 2023, he was arrested under Section 188 when one of his followers gathered a huge crowd in Noida metro to celebrate his birthday upon his request.

The post included a photo of Fernandes sitting shirtless in front of a virtual conference setup with a camera console as a masseuse proceeded to give massages. It said in the caption, “Was a hard week, and Veranita Yosephine proposed a massage. I must adore Indonesia and the AirAsia culture for allowing me to have a massage while attending a management meeting.” Two days later, he again took to LinkedIn to post a photo of him enjoying a BBQ.
