The latest trailer for Kraven the Hunter is here, offering a first look at Spider-Man villain Aleksei Sytsevich, better known as the Rhino.

The footage sees Aaron Taylor-Johnson's vicious vigilante set out on a brutal and bloody mission, in which he comes up against several formidable foes as he works through a "list." One of those villains is Alessandro Nivola's Rhino, who shows up at 2:07 to take on the feared bounty hunter during a chaotic stampede scene.

The first trailer for Kraven the Hunter offered a brief glimpse of Sytsevich becoming the Rhino, but the latest sneak peek gives a closer look at the character's final transformation into the horned brute. He dishes out a powerful punch, which Johnson's Sergei Kravinoff (aka Kraven) manages to dodge, but a fight ensues.

There are also fresh appearances from Russell Crowe, playing Nikolai Kravinoff, the ruthless father of Taylor-Johnson's titular character, as well as Ariana DeBose as Calypso Ezili, Fred Hechinger as Dmitri Smerdyakov/Chameleon, and Christopher Abbott as The Foreigner, another of Spider-Man's many adversaries.

Kraven the Hunter, Sony's first R-rated Marvel movie and the second film from Sony's Spider-Man Universe (SSU) to release in 2024, following the much-maligned Madame Web, has been a long time coming. The movie has faced several setbacks and delays on its journey to the big screen, but it now finally has a date locked in.

Sony Pictures made a few changes to its theatrical release calendar in April, including shifting Kraven the Hunter from its August 30 slot to December 13 — the same month as The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim, Mufasa: The Lion King, Sonic the Hedgehog 3, and Robert Eggers' vampire remake Nosferatu.
