TEAMS TO TURN 0-3 DEFICIT IN NBA PLAYOFFS

The Lakers face quite an uphill task as they try to get back into the series from a 0-3 deficit. Has any team been able to do that so far in NBA?

NBA Playoffs: How many teams have overturned 0-3 deficit before Lakers vs Nuggets series?

Final: LAL 108-119 DEN

The Nuggets take a 3-0 lead. What a statement they’ve made with this road win. A first loss at home for Lakers. Jamal Murray was the star without a doubt. He sends the Crypto.com Arena into stunned silence with 37 points. His team moves a step closer to its first NBA Finals appearance. The win gets all the more impressive given Jokic was in foul trouble today and had to sit out a major portion of the third quarter. The two time MVP still got 24 points in the game.

The Lakers stand on the cusp of elimination. Davis and LeBron combined for 51 points tonight. Reaves too hit 23 but they were no match for the Nuggets. D’Angelo Russell had a night to forget with just three points. No team has ever managed to overcome a 0-3 deficit. It seems unlikely that this Lakers team can either.
