Real Madrid to announce Mbappe signing imminently -reports

Real Madrid are set to officially announce the signing of French striker Kylian Mbappe “imminently” according to reports published on MARCA, AS, COPE and The Athletic, who add that the presentation will not happen until July even if the signing were to be announced this week.

Both Real Madrid and Mbappe want to get this announcement out of the way before the start of the UEFA Euro, where the French attacker will want to be focused in leading his team.

Apparently, this is now a matter of time. Mbappe will sign for Real Madrid after an endless transfer saga which had multiple plot twists. The attacker will sign as a free agent.

Real Madrid are also set the announce Luka Modric and Lucas Vazquez’s contract extension, while Nacho Fernandez’s future appears to be still undecided. Now that the team has officially entered the offseason, the next few days will be busy.
