Mohamed Salah and Dejan Lovren recently reunited to star in an advert for Pepsi.
The duo were particularly close while team-mates at Liverpool between 2017 and 2020, though saw their friendship become long distance after Lovren sealed a move to Zenit St Petersburg.
An opportunity recently arose for the pair to reconnect, however, after featuring in a latest commercial to promote Pepsi. This resulted in the pair wandering the streets of Egypt, sampling various foods.
Salah has featured in a number of adverts for the soft drink company due to his partnership deal with Pepsi and once filmed a promotional shoot in Liverpool city centre in October 2021.

After Lovren's departure from Liverpool was confirmed three years ago, Salah sent the Croatian the following message: "I don't know how to say, my friend. I don't know my feeling right now, but we are going to miss you. Especially me.
"You have been an unbelievable player and great friend to me. We are going to miss you a lot. I miss you a lot. I love you so much, and you have been fantastic on and off the pitch.
"Thank you for everything you have done for the club, and everything you did for me. "I wish you all the best for the future and wish you have a great career as well and enjoy the new club with your family. Thank you very much and see you soon."
Lovren now plays for Lyon in Ligue 1, whom he joined in January of this year to mark his second spell at the club. The centre-back initially represented the French side between 2010 and 2013 before moving to Southampton.
