Report: Odyssey Jones fired over domestic abuse allegations
Fightful is reporting that Odyssey Jones has been fired from WWE. Word is he is facing domestic abuse allegations.
“We’ve not heard of an arrest or charges being pressed in relation to the situation. We’ve reached out to WWE for comment, as well as clarification on his status. Talent had not been informed of the situation,” reports Fightful.
Jones’ bio has been removed from the WWE’s official site and he was not seen on Raw despite him being in one of its lead storylines, angles for weeks.
New Day’s Kofi Kingston was on yesterday’s edition of Raw though. He pestered Adam Pearce for a tag team title match against Finn Balor and JD McDonagh on behalf of himself and Xavier Woods. No mention of Odyssey Jones.
Recently, Jones was part of a storyline involving the New Day with Kofi throwing his support behind the New Day fan and Woods being far more sceptical despite Jones assisting New Day in their feud against The Final Testament.
