KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 15): Trinity Group Sdn Bhd officially launched its latest condominium development named Trinity Sensoria in Beverly Heights, Ampang on Thursday. The project is a joint venture with Singapore-based property developer Oxley Holdings Ltd.

Spread across a 6.1-acre freehold tract and with a gross development value of RM568 million, the project offers one 29-storey tower and two 24-storey towers with a total of 737 units. These units have three to 5+1 bedroom layouts with built-ups ranging from 1,008 to 2,591 sq ft and selling prices from RM608,000. The project is slated for completion in 2028.

Trinity Sensoria, located near Trinity Wellnessa, was launched in 2021 with a current take-up rate of 99%.

In a statement on Thursday, Trinity Group founder and managing director Datuk Neoh Soo Keat said, “Based on our success with Trinity Wellnessa, we understand that Malaysians now have a better awareness of wellness beyond just the physical aspect. They also appreciate the importance of mental and social well-being. Hence, we are thrilled to introduce Trinity Sensoria and its unique selling point, [which is] the five-tier protection system, the first of its kind in Malaysia.”

A five-tier protection system offers contactless technology, wellness-oriented design, physical wellness facilities, social wellness spaces and mental wellness amenities, the statement added.

Some facilities in the development include an infinity pool, pickle ball courts, a mini-futsal court, an edible garden, outdoor cinema, a Himalayan salt sauna, hydrotherapy pods, a gymnasium, a barbecue terrace, a multipurpose hall, swimming pools and an entertainment room.

Meanwhile, the statement also revealed that Trinity Sensoria is among the first developments to benefit from the developer’s Gold Assurance Programme, which offers an extended defects liability period (DLP) and warranty for some basic finishes.

Under the programme, the developer offers a 36-month DLP instead of the conventional 24-month industry practice. For the warranty of basic finishes, the developer offers a 10-year warranty for roof leaks instead of the standard two years, as well as a five-year warranty for tile popping instead of the regular two-year warranty.

Trinity Sensoria is located within close proximity to several amenities such as Giant Supermarket, Melawati Mall, Wangsa Walk Mall, KL East Mall, Fairview International School, Brighton International School and Tunku Abdul Rahman University College. The Sri Rampai LRT station is the closest train station within a 5km radius.

The project is also accessible via highways such as the Middle Ring Road 2, Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway and Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway.
