T1 reveal the champions they're eyeing for Worlds 2024 skins
The past, the present, the future.
Updated on November 3, 4:24 a.m. (GMT+8): Added more details to each champion.
On November 2, 2024, T1 won their fifth Worlds title. They defeated LPL’s Bilibili Gaming 3-2 to take home the Summoner’s Cup, designed by Tiffany and Co.
This marked mid laner Lee “Faker” Sang-hyeok’s fifth title. The rest of the team are now two-time winners and back-to-back champions. By winning, they’ve earned the chance to select which champions they want Worlds skins for and work with Riot to personalize them.
The Worlds skin line has been a tradition in League of Legends for the past 14 years, where Riot Games honors each team’s World Championship victory, forever immortalizing them in-game.

T1 as an organization won Worlds previously in 2013, 2015, 2016, 2023, and have therefore contributed multiple skin lines to the game, cementing their legacy.
In the post-finals press conference, T1 players revealed exactly which champions they are considering for their Worlds 2024 skins.

Throughout Worlds 2024, Zeus played Jax and Gragas the most (four games each), followed by Rumble and Gnar (three games). He played Camille and Ornn once, of which Ornn was used in game two of the final.
Oner — Vi or Xin Zhao (jungle)Credit: Riot GamesVi is Oner’s most played champion at Worlds 2024. He had a great game on this champion in their best-of-three series against G2 Esports during the Swiss stage.
He played Skarner, Sejuani, Xin Zhao, and Poppy twice each. When T1 were down 2-1 to Bilibili Gaming, Oner used Poppy in game four and Xin Zhao in game five to take the championship home.
Faker — undecided (mid lane)Credit: Riot GamesJust like last Worlds 2023, Faker repeated that he prefers to choose a skin that the majority of the fans would enjoy using.
He actually used less of a variety of champions than Zeus this Worlds 2024. He played Sylas six times in total, followed by Ahri (four games), Yone (three games), Galio (two games), and Neeko and Akali once.
Considering that Sylas was the biggest game changer in a do-or-die game four during the final, it’s probable he’ll end up in the Worlds 2024 skins lineup.
Gumayusi — Jhin or Varus (bot lane)Credit: Riot GamesAshe and Xayah were utilized by Gumayusi a total of four times each, followed by Caitlyn (three times), and Kalista (two times).
He only used Jhin twice and Varus once this Worlds 2024, all of which resulted in victories. He held a 12 KDA on Jhin and 10 KDA on Varus.
Against Gen.G in the semifinals, he had a standout performance on Varus in the final game four, finishing with a 6/1/6 KDA whilst contributing the highest damage share at 24.7%.
Keria — Renata Glasc or Pyke (support)Credit: Riot GamesKeria mentioned that he hasn’t thought much about it, but off the top of his head, he’s considering Renata Glasc or Pyke, his signature picks.
At last year’s Worlds 2023 final press conference, he was also weighing between Renata and Bard, and eventually went with Bard.
It’s probable that Renata Glasc finally gets chosen because she is his most played champion at Worlds 2024 (six games). Rakan, Leona, Pyke, and Braum were played two times each, while Neeko, Bard, and Poppy were used once.
On Renata, Keria contributed greatly to their series against Gen.G, and more importantly in game four of the final against Bilibili Gaming, supporting Faker’s heroics with sharp micro moves.
