Apple WWDC 2023 event live updates: Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2023 keynote opens later tonight at 10.30 pm IST. The keynote is being streamed on Apple’s website, and its official YouTube channel. Of course, the biggest buzz is around the launch of the upcoming Apple AR/VR headset, an entirely new product category from the iPhone maker. The new headset competes with Meta’s Quest headset.

Of course, WWDC will be incomplete without the mention of iOS and Apple’s other core platforms. Typically, Apple announces new features for iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, and tvOS. Apple’s iOS 17 is expected with a major revamp. Apple’s watchOS, the software that powers the Apple Watch, is also expected to come with significant new features. The buzz is high that Apple could add new functionalities and supercharge the watchOS by adding new ways to interact with the smartwatch.

The other strong rumour is that Apple will debut the 15-inch MacBook Air at WWDC this year. The 15-inch MacBook Air would be an attempt to offer a larger screen without the Pro features that you get with the MacBook Pro notebook line. Beyond the 15-inch MacBook Air, we might see “several new Macs” at the event too. Below are the latest updates from our exclusive coverage of Apple’s highly-anticipated developers’ conference.
