Malo Gusto returns to the Chelsea starting XI after his suspension and Reece James is back in the matchday squad for the first time since the opening day of the season.

Gusto is at right-back and with Marc Cucurella switching flanks, Levi Colwill joins Thiago Silva in the heart of the Chelsea defence.

The midfield trio of Conor Gallagher, Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo continue and with Nicolas Jackson on the bench, Mykhailo Mudryk plays alongside Raheem Sterling and Cole Palmer in attack.

Benoit Badiashile is also involved for the first time this season; the French defender is among the substitutes alongside James and Jackson.

Bukayo Saka and William Saliba are fit to start for Arsenal.
