Fran García turns 24

Fran García is celebrating his first birthday as a Real Madrid first-team player. The full-back was born on the 14th of August 1999 and is one of the new faces in the madridista squad for the 2023/24 campaign. Fran García belonged to the Real Madrid academy from 2013 until 2020, enjoying success from the U14s through to Castilla. He returns to the club this summer following three seasons at Rayo Vallecano.

His official Real Madrid first-team debut came in the 2018/19 campaign, in a Copa del Rey clash with Melilla. This time around, he was named in the starting XI for Madrid'sLaLiga opener against Athletic Club. He was also a member of the Spain squad that won the Nations League 2023.
