Bollywood superstar Salman Khan was spotted at the Mumbai airport days after a firing incident outside his residence. The firing incident took place in the wee hours of last Sunday when the two-bike borne accused fired five rounds outside the actor’s Bandra residence before fleeing. The investigation is ongoing, and two suspects have been arrested.

In the videos doing rounds on the internet, Salman was seen sporting a casual outfit and getting down from his car. As Salman approached the airport’s entrance gate, he was accompanied by tight security, including his bodyguard Shera. Despite the commotion, the actor looked at the paps and gave a nod.

According to reports, Salman Khan is headed to Dubai.

Mumbai Police Commissioner Vivek Phansalkar said Salman’s security was checked and made stronger on Thursday. They also increased security outside Galaxy Apartments.

After the incident, Arbaaz Khan issued a statement which read, “The recent incident of firing by two unidentified person on a motorcycle at Galaxy apartment the residence of the Salim Khan family is very disturbing and unnerving. Our family has been taken aback by this shocking incident that took place.”

He added, “No member of the Salim Khan family has made any statement regarding this incident to the media. At this time the family is helping and cooperating with the police in the investigation of this untoward incident. We have faith in the Mumbai police and we have been assured they will do everything in their capacity to protect and secure our family. Thank you everyone for your love and support.”

Salman Khan was last seen in the film Tiger 3. He will next be seen in Sikandar, which is being directed by AR Murugadoss.
